The Boxfish ROV Suction Sampler is a compact underwater suction sampling system designed for collecting biological and environmental specimens using a remotely operated vehicle (ROV).

Integrated directly with Boxfish ROVs, the sampler uses thruster-generated suction with adjustable intensity controlled from the Boxfish Control Station. It enables operators to collect targeted biological specimens, benthic material and other environmental samples while maintaining a clear view of the sampling area.

The Boxfish Suction Sampler enables the controlled collection of biological and environmental samples during underwater surveys and research missions.

The system incorporates a removable collection tube, allowing samples to be recovered quickly after a dive. Variable suction control allows operators to optimise sampling intensity for different specimen types and environments.
